CoachMatching co-creates the implementation strategy taking into account the current organizational context and the desired future state and desired outcomes.  Our capability ranges from one to one executive coaching through to training managers in coaching skills and can involve 100+ leaders or one individual who is moving into a new role.  We have a team of 42 coaches based in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Nelspruit and beyond and are therefore offer truly national coverage.
