Short Description: SHRS works according to the SP3 process. This process consists of four phases namely structure, post, people and process. Responsibility Matrix as a Result – A Responsibility Matrix is compiled and connected to the Identified and set Structure (Organogram) and each post in the structure. A Job Definition (an extension of a Job Description) is developed for each post in the structure. Should a post in the structure becomes vacant – a “Status Report” is generated which indicates the duties, responsibilities, activities which will not be executed due to the vacancy/absenteeism/leave. It also indicates the specific employee who is competent and mandated to execute the specific duty, responsibility, activity. A “Relief Instruction” is issued to specific employees for specific duties for the period of the vacancy/absenteeism/leave.
