Staff Training is a national soft skills training provider offering more than sixty short courses, ranging from assertiveness, customer care, reception and emotional intelligence, right through to supervisory, management and leadership workshops.

Full Company Profile:

Staff Training was founded in 2001 with the intention of bringing affordable soft skills training to the South African public. More than 15 years later, and that’s exactly what we’re doing!

Staff Training now boasts more than sixty short courses, ranging from half-day and full-day courses through to three-day training workshops and facilitation sessions, the latter of which may be spread out over a period of months.

Our facilitators, each with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in their fields of expertise, make use of various training methodologies to impart their knowledge and ensure the workshop is a fun learning experience for all, including games, role play, case studies, and interactive videos.

Staff Training’s workshops are aimed at all employees, from the upliftment of housekeeping staff (Introduction to the Business World), to general employees (Assertiveness, Customer Care, Frontline Reception I and II, etc.), right through to supervisors, managers and leaders (Developing Your Management Potential I, II and III, 3 Day Leadership +).

Also available from Staff Training are various coaching options, which strongly feature the Enneagram – arguably the world’s leading personality typing tool (which is also built into many of our workshops) – and operational facilitation sessions, where over the course of a predetermined period of time our facilitators work together with entire departments and delve down to the root causes of issues, with the intention of coming to holistic and amicable solutions.

All of Staff Training’s offerings are also available in-house, at your premises anywhere in South Africa (and in certain locations in Africa), for anywhere from 10 delegates and up.
