COID/WCA = Workman’s compensation, Exit Interviews Confidential, Settlement agreements. Outplacement support.

Labour Law services include:

Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Policies and Procedures, Employment Equity Plan & Submission, Health and Safety Act, Employment Contracts, Letter of Appointments.

Industrial Relations:

Arbitrations and Bargaining Council. CCMA Cases, Fair Retrenchment Procedures, Dismissals, Chairing of Disciplinary Hearings.

Outsourced Payroll:

Full payroll process in accordance to SARS and Labour Law, Payroll run,Statutory deductions i.e. PAYE, UIF, SDL, Medical Aid, Pension/ Provident fund and other company deductions.Reports, Payslips and IRP5’s.Submissions of EMP201’s to SARS on a monthly basis and facilitate the payment through e-filling. We submit monthly reports and UI19 declarations on your behalf.
