LifeLine Johannesburg provides professional soft skills/ EQ training, consultancy services as well as specialized counselling/employee wellness days to the Corporate Sector. Our aim is to promote and become proactive in emotional intelligence through educating employees alike in organisations, teams, as well as the individual to enhance performance through greater self-awareness, personal growth, development and skills that empower the individual to take full responsibility for his/her behavior and actions.

LifeLine Johannesburg is affiliated with Lifeline Southern Africa and LifeLine International. What initially started as a counselling service over 50 years ago expanded to community work in many areas and one of our sustainability arms was our Corporate Division which actually created out of the demand from people who had attended our community training to share these vital skills in the workplace. Our approach to training in Corporates has adapted to being slicker by nature and to train the essential EQ topics using workplace rather than personal scenarios. Repeat business over the last 15 years with our Blue Chip clients, is testimony to how effective and valued our training is.

All our training's are highly experiential, interactive and our day is covered with practical exercises which focuses on the inherent strengths and competencies of the individual climate of safety. Our participative approach will ensure that all delegates remain involved in the training throughout as a discussion for questioning rather than a "Talking to" approach. Through our interactive approach, participants are engaged through role plays, large group discussions, smaller break away group discussions, experiential training exercises and workplace scenarios. 

Our trainings range from a minimum of 6 individuals to a maximum of 16 participants per group.
