  1. Project Management

All employers need to give special attention to the requirements of Schedule 1 of the Skills Development Act 1998, Act No. 97 of 1998 (as amended).  According to this Schedule all employers are required to appoint on their establishment a suitable person, either from inside or outside their organization, in the position of Skills Development Facilitator, responsible for the planning, implementation and reporting of training in an organisation, with Seta-related duties.

  6. Advice the company on the quality assurance requirements set by the SETA.
  7. Act as a contact between the SETA and the company.
  8. Represent the company during site visits by the SETA.
  9. Manage training projects.
  10. ISO Consultancy and Implementations
  11. Perform an analysis of current systems/ documentation place in accordance to ISO standard
  12. Hosts ISO- QMS specific Strategic Planning Meeting.
  13. Mapping process flow diagrams and conducting risk analysis in accordance to requirements of relevant ISO standards.
  14. Identifying relevant process objectives on the Process Flow diagram.
