Our Story
In operation for over twenty years, NKR has a proud history as a long-established firm of HR experts. With associates countrywide, we are able to offer our clients HR services that match their business needs, including on-site personnel and high-level HR and IR products, all managed by our Head Office consultants.
OUR APPROACH
We approach HR as a business imperative, not a touchy-feely service or a shoulder for staff to cry on. With this in mind, we give your organisation what it needs to be a better, more productive business. An energetic team, with diverse industry experience, we pride ourselves on keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in our field. As a result, we deliver excellent advice, based on hands-on experience. From strategic planning to on-site implementation, our team will manage your HR activities so you don’t have to.
HOW WE WORK
Offering a diverse selection of HR services and tools, we work with our clients on a retainer and ad hoc basis depending on their individuals needs. Our aim? To help them manage their HR and IR duties and concerns, while developing their people and their business.
