Job Description
Volunteers, who could commit to 7-8 coaching sessions of around 50-60 minutes (one each week), are invited to apply for coaching by a UK-headquartered Health Coaches Academy student based in South Africa.
Via Zoom/WhatsApp/phone/video calls or face-to-face, volunteers will receive:

- Personalised sessions tailored to their goals
- Helpful tools to uncover their goals, strengths and wellness vision
- One-on-one support from a trainee wellness coach
- Motivation and accountability to keep them on track
Skills Required
- Are you or your employees so busy juggling families, careers and many other daily tasks that health and wellness are often neglected?
- Are you, or do you know of, a driven professional who wants to think more clearly, stay productive and have steady energy throughout the day?
- Are there constant demands on your time, leaving you overwhelmed and struggling with brain fog?
